Distributing products and services in the US requires facing with considerable legal issues that should be tackled at their outset to avoid troubles at a later stage.
I gave a presentation in my hometown, Naples, to local investors on legal issues to be addressed when Italian companies want to export their products to the United States. ย The event was organised by Unicredit, one of the largest Italian banks, as part of the International Forum Focus USA.
The matters that I covered touched the type of legal system in the US, the different forms of legal entities that can be established, the different models of distribution of products and the precautions to be adopted before exporting to the US.
